I am one of the worst people at multimedia and graphics
so here is my questions that i couldn't find an answer for
How can I chop of the sides of the video that are just blank

Were the #'s represents the actual video and the blank area between the the border and the #'s is just blank black area
My question is how can i chop of the sides that are blank in order to make the file small and take less processing power on the P800
