Does anybody know how long it takes for SE to do the firmware upgrade when you send it off to them

Here in the U.S., you get it back within a week if you overnight it. That's from coast to coast. |

The upgrade itself take about 46 minutes give or take, I did mine in store only problem I had once it was done that the operating system was extremely slow, I mean it took a whole minute to boot up, I did a master reset a couple of times and then it was cool runnings again, But something very,very strange happened, I seemingly now after the upgrade from R1D to R2D I have lost all my MMS templates, Can anyone shed some light on this, perhaps a SE engineer reading this (hint, hint)

P800 was great, but with R2D it's even greater.

I would do mine in store but SE reckon my nearest one is a 2 hr drive away

the mms templates are on the cd that came with it.
they will disapear after a master reset as thats what its supposed to do.
