i searched...no go...here is my problem.
tipic me..registered..downloaded...installed...fed in my login info plus password etc.
whenever i try to connect it remains at 0 percent
it tries to connect then gives a message cannot connect.check gprs account on phone.
the thing is that my gprs connects perfectly on opera,justyak,jmsn...infact everything...so where could the problem be
btw contagious(i think i have spelt your name wrong)...u had left a message on an earlier post that u could help anybody with a problem...could u help me on this |

Yeah, got the same thing - crap program! (Yes, I know loads of you use it successfully)
I downloaded 12 Planet IM and it works a treat - try that.

I think tipicme requires a regular internet connection over GPRS, not a WAP GPRS connection, meaning where downloads aren't capped. I have two GPRS profiles for my Orange account: the regular internet and the WAP...only the Internet GPRS profile works. |

buttercup,
no that is not the problem. i do have a seperate gprs for wap and www.opera,my email,just yaj,jmsn all work perfectly...just tipic gives me the aforementioned problem....any other ideas |

i only have a wap account but tipic me works fine. I was having the same problem you are when 1.2 was out then i downloaded 1.3 a few days later and still had the same problem. then one day it magically worked again. |

Sometimes you can't connect and there is nothing that u can do about it just try it later.
