Today was the first time I got to use the 3650 and to see it in person. For all of you that think it is too big it really isnt.It is smaller than a 5190.The screen is huge. The phone is great.Fast as lightning. The keyboard is great once you get used to it.It might be a pain for some people considering how small the keys are.It has Real player on it.Great Camera!Better than the P800.Video Recording is easy and cool.If you want a phone that caths peoples attention this is the phone.THE RECEPTION IS AMAZING.I had my T68i next to it.The same service. When I got no bars the 3650 wwould have at least 2 bars.

i would have to admit that the 3650 cam is better than the p800's, but they keypad layout is totally worthless. it totally destroys what people have been used to when inputting text/nos in their fones.
and around here, it's not really a head-turner anymore cuz Globe gave a promo giving away these fones for free. now everyone's got one.

so what if everyone has one, it's just like everyone there owns a corolla altis or a honda civic. no difference at all. my aunt just bought a 3650 a while ago and i fond nothing bad about it. the size is just fine considering SE or ericsson also has put out big phones like the r520. i have no problem in using the keypad of the 3650. maybe those who have trouble using it lacks something in the cranium. even a kid can learn how to text on it in a jiffy. plain and simple.
if you don't have something nice to say, don't say something nice.

To be honest of all the phones ive had. The 3650 is the one I'd defintely keep. I always change phones but ever since i got a 3650 i felt contented already. Its got everything I need (bluetooth, tri-band, video, cam and loads of programs). The txt messaging is easy, just give it 1-2 weeks and u wont have a problem txtng. I drive and txt long msgs using my 3650. In fact ive got 2 3650's one with addict mobile and the other one with Globe.

Ive tested the p800 and its a good phone 2. Ive got no complaints although the vid and cam of the 3650 is better than the p800 but when it comes to the processor the p800 is a lot faster and its got pda features. I guess it just depends on ur budget.

I had a muck about with the 3650 while helping a customer at work - the only thing about it that I'm not fond about is the dedicated menu key - it would have been nice if you could press the joystick in and get to the menu.

Very nice phone, other than that.

yes...3650 is a well made phone, no doubt about it, just the keytpad needs more practising
with the symbian 60 OS , it can support numerous applications that would really impress ANYONE out there
And why trouble about many ppl using it? If it's a good phone, ppl will choose to use it of course, if you want something really different, do not consider the SE phones as well, cause in my area i can easily see many ppl using a T68i or a P800 or even the T310....so create your own phone model and put your name as the brand, then i am sure no one will have the same phone as u
With the reason 'because the phone is too common or many ppl use it, i do not wish to buy it' is a joke to me, phones are not that expensive nowadays, everyone who owns a car certainly can afford a phone like P800...so why bother

the 3650 is a well made phone? you cant be serious. it uses the cheapest plastic i've seen in ANY phone. and as for bluetooth functionality, half the use of bluetooth is gone when you cant even use a bluetooth headset with it.

nokia introduce features in their phones to tick boxes

Does anyone know if there is going to be an upgrade to the 7650 to make it tri-band. The 3650 is ugly, but the 7650 is great looking

The reason you found it small is because you were expecting something a lot bigger. (its a brain thing!) The same thing happened to me when i first saw the p800.

yeh it is a brain thing! I have to say that the 7650 is ranked highly as one of the best phones out except its chunky. Its not likely that it will be updated soon thanks to the 3650 but I could see myself gettin one when they do.

Hmmm, I was going to start a new thread, but I'll ask in this one:

I'm looking at getting a T610, but it's one of these phones that's likely to require extra special care (otherwise it's scratched for life).

I'm looking for a phone with lots of 'fun' features, but with a decent calender. I also need SIMPLE Infrared connection with a PC. I want to be able to transfer files (IrDA) to and from without the need for any sync software.

I reckon the 3650 might fit the bill (instead of the T610) as it runs symbian OS. Does this do direct infrared transfer??

I know it looks like a Toys-R-Us electric shaver, but I can see myself using one! (as a phone, not as a shaver!)

Everyone's entitled to their opinion. personally i've given up on nokia fones. i buy fones that have a respectable resale value when i want to sell them. you won't get that from nokia, resale value is laughable given that they release new fones every week :)
