Having problems with the SE Image Editor |

I recently got a T68i from my brother as a gift.
Now i have a few probs. I downloaded the latest SE Image Editor and the latest mobile_phone_editor.
The problems! Whenever i try to install ImEd it looks like it's a succesful mission EXCEPT the fact that right at the end when the Installshield is supposed to close by itself it actually freezes and stops responding.
BUT the ImEd is installed when i reboot. So i installed the mobile_phone_editor too and when i tried launching the ImEd it said that "unsported operation attempt" and loads the program without beeing able to do anything (doesn't find the cell phone neither, i am using data cable).
With the old ImEd at least i had the full menu but still couldn't find the cell phone.
The "happy" part is now that i cannot uninstall the ImEd because it says it misses the enos.ini (or something like that)
[Update] In the meantime it doesn't say it misses the .ini anymore but i simply cannot get the program uninstalled because of instalshield freezing (i think that's the reason).
Argh!!! Now i have this unuseful software just eating memory that he doesn't deserve. Pwease pwease help!!! |

Alrite mate, i'm not entirely sure, but i think that could be a problem with one of your Operating System processes, the only thing i could suggest is to reinstall you OS.
Its a bit of a long shot, so it depends how desperate you are.

use mcafee uninstall utility or better yet, norton systemworks=norton utilities=norton windoctor. it will cure most of your windows worries and may have the solution to your software uninstall problem. after that, install norton goback so that you could undo a bad installation. it's really working like a charm on my computer...the goback that is. |
