I'm getting a T610 soon and was wondering which SE BT headset i should buy for it. Any suggestions? I need a model that is available now. |

If you want to use it while you are driving then either the HBH-30 or the Jabra BT200. If you don't and want a compact easy to fit headset then the HBH-60.

Thanks for the suggestions, but can someone tell me why one of them isn't suitable for driving and the other is? |

OK I bought an HBH-60 and found that in normal use it was fine, but as soon as I used it while driving the person on the other end could not hear me. This is down to the noise cancelation software in the headset. I tried it in several different vehicles in several different places and the same result all the time. Told SE and they sent me an HBH-30 to try. What a difference, perfect clarity while driving and at all other times, it is just bigger and slightly harder to put on with only one hand. But this does get easier the more you use it. The Jabre BT200 is a good headset but I found the volume to be to high even on the lowest setting, but very comfortable to wear. Unlike the SE 30/60 the Jabra does not have an in car charger available but the SE 30/60 uses the CLA-10 car charger. Also the Jabra can not be paired with more than one item at a time where as the HBH-30/60 can both be paired with several phones, I have mine paired with a T68ix2 A T68m and my R520m. All work fine except for the voice dialing and answering will only work with the handset you paired it with last. But all other functions seem to work. I often use more than one phone normaly the two T68i's both will have BT switched on and both can make or receive calls through my HBH-30.

thanks a heap volvoman! I think i'll go for a 60 since I don't drive and probably wouldn't need the noise cancelling feature. I suppose the 30 would be more pricey?

Fascinating. I was going to go for the hbh 60 cause it was supposed to be the best.
As the 30 & Jabra is cheaper and I want to use it in the car then that rules out the 60.
I wonder if this is the reason they are releasing a 35?

There are more headsets they are the HBH-10, HBH-15, HBH-20. HBH-10 and HBH-15 are very similar to the HBH-30, but the HBH-20 is abit different it uses normal earpiece with cables to the bluetooth part which you clip on to your lapel of your jacket. The HBH-20 is definatly a girly type of headset compared with the others. Go to the SE web site and do a search for these headsets to see what they look like.
