My HBH-30 is not working. Not charging. |

I haven't used my HBH-30 in about 8 months. It was put away and now I wanted to use it again. I charged it up but it's not working. When I hold down the button to turn it on I don't hear the double beep that tells me it's on. Plus the light is not flashing. I see this very faint light flashing when I charge it but it's very hard to see. Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions? |

I am having the same problem. I've tried jumpering a 1.5v battery in series with the built-in ones to see if that would add some kick... but no joy. Still the wimpering little faint light on occasion when I plug it in to charge it... but it never does anything useful. I've taken it apart... which is really difficult and have definitely broken all the little pins that hold it together... so if anyone comes up with a solution, let's make it a good one b/c this has to go back together with superglue...... |

I had the same problem with my hbh-10 after 3 months of not using it it went dead ,sent it to a service center and they retuned it back. l came to the conclusion that EVEN if you don't use your headset do this once a month charge it because the batterys have the ''memory problem'' now l have my hbh-30 for 3 years and i don't use it very often but i charge it once a month and there are not any problems with it i do this to all my headsets, HBH-35,HBH-600,HBH-660, HBH-200, I DID'T DO IT TO MY HBH-60 and it went dead hopefully it had it's warranty and they replaced it. |
