I sent a mail to the company who makes the UIQ.
Thanks you very much for your interest in UIQ.
The first release of Themes in UIQ 2.1 supports only changing of color
schemes, background images and sounds. There will be more support in later
releases, but we cannot reveal the details for the moment.
What Sony Ericsson chooses to support is a question you will have to ask
them, since we can't comment on our customer's product plans.
Profiles are not supported by UIQ, but a licensees (i.e. a phone
manufacturer that license UIQ) can add support for it if they wish to do
so.
Just to give you a hope for better skins in your p800
