I have recorded a short clip of my mom and dad fighting, and my mom just passed away, and I wanted to preserve that clip. I went to CompUSA and bought a BT USB adapter and it can send files from the computer to the phone. In the my sounds menu, there is an option to send via Bluetooth, and when I do, it searches for my computer, finds it, but after I push the OK, it tells me "Transfered failed. Please Retry". I've seen other cases when they did this an upwards of 4 times, and the file finally went through, but not in my case. Would there be anyone who could help me?
Am I even doing the bluetooth setup correctly? It does find the computer, just doesn't sends the file to it. Such a funny phone.
Another question, when I get my phone unlocked, will it clear all of my saved data? If I flash it?

Have you managed to pair the phone to the PC? You need to get this done first to make sure that the connection is stable.
Yes I am pretty sure that all data in the phone will be over written with an upgrade as they tell you to back it all up before they do it. |

In My bluetooth places\my device, open the properties sheet of 'My PIM Item transfer'. Make sure you set 'all other types' to 'save to folder' and that you enter a valid folder. |
