Went to post a thread in Garbage Threads and got this error

"Sorry, but you can't start a new topic in the Garbage forum. The purpose of this forum is to have a place where moderators can move thread that we don't find suitable in the other forums"

Does this mean that there will no longer be a garbage section?

they did that ages ago then dropped it... looks like they have reinstated it. there will still be a garbage section but only for useless topics that are moved there not to start useless topics.

Ok, I had pretty much come to that conclusion as I had heard it mentioned in the garbage thread at some stage.
