Sync problems after latest phone software upgrade |

Had my phone upgraded by the SE service center because i wanted the night mode camera enhancement. Everything works fine except when i try to sync to lotus notes or outlook. Syncing erases all my contacts in the phone although my pc phonebook still has the complete contacts. ANY IDEAS??? |

Click the check box of “force full synchronization” in Sync station properties and click the choice to keep all contacts in the PC and replace contacts in phone. |

You might also want to make sure that you're using the latest sync software version. At the moment, that would be Version 1.4.2.

Thanks guys. Tried both your recommendations but still no luck. might be a bug in the new R2D software or organizer software. should not have had my phone upgraded. nothing special with night mode anyway. |
