People have been asking about how to get free polytones - here's a few ways that this can be achieved.
(a) Browse some of the excellent sites out there on WAP - sites such as tagtag.com/eggheadwap, digidots.co.uk, musicrobot.com and others. These should allow you to download things on to the phone.
(b) Download them to your phone via data cables, bluetooth or IRda transfer. There are all kinds of products that will allow you to transfer items from your computer to your phone. Software such as the Ericsson data suite and SendFile from Christersson.org will help.
(c) If you don't have a data cable but still want ringtones, you can use the method I use. Search the web on your home PC for good midi's and save them.
You may, at this point, want to try and increase the volume. Products such as AnvilStudio (search on Google) and numerous others might help you with this.
Once you have a .midi you are happy with on your home PC, you can create a free wap41.com account which allows you to host items such as ringtones or themes and have WAP access to them. At this point you can simply go on your phone to your site and download them, et voila you have free ringtones!
