Help! I've noticed that quite a few of the phonebook entries in my T68i have gone blank. The name is blank, although they are still listed in the alphabetecal order of where they were, and the phone number has changed to 00. I'm not sure when this happened, but I need to get those numbers back!
Any ideas? |

you can't get them back... it's caused by an firmware fault... the entries can't beerased by using the C-button, the only way to delete the blank entries is either to make a master reset or sync your phone with outlook, delete the faulty entries and then sync again...

I suspected as much, to be honest. Thanks for the quick reply!
Can I download a firmware upgrade, or do I have to go to a dealer (I think it's Carphone Warehouse here in the UK)? |

its a corrupt phonebook...if you have a backup w/ your xtnd & outlook, make a FORCE synch (w/ the settings of outlook overwrites phone)... |

take out your battery for about 10 minutes. if you do have a back up, do a master reset and sync. most probably your phonebook was corrupted by saved pics in your phone

I don't have a backup or a bluetooth connection to make one with, unfortunately. |

Once you have use the bluetooth, then you will see its very important especially as a utility tool.
