After a backup, when I switch my phone on again, before getting to the main phone screen, this message comes up :
"PROGRAM CLOSED.
Program AppArcServerThred
Reason Code : USER
Reason Number : 130 "
Anyone know what this means and have any of you had this meassage come up. This happens after every backup for me. |

I think its just a program exception error. Like getting a general protection fault or critcval error in Windows. It's when a program tries to do something that is not physically possible so the phone can't understand what to do so just closes the app. E.g. If a program tries to dived a number by zero - if there is no code to check for this then the phone has no option but to close the app as there is no 'answer' to this problem (cant understand infinity unless programmed to do so!).
Could be wrong - sorry for not being specific.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for all the info dudes. Glad I'm not the only one with this problem and so long as phone works fine, I'll just ignore it. |

I had this & couldn't figure out how to get rid of it (even with a hard reset!)
Since upgrading to R2D it has gone |

division by zero doesn't equal infinity... |

I have had this a couple of times..
When you start a backup, all items are shut down, then phone restarted in backup mode.
when backup is complete the phone should shut down, i have noticed that sometimes it doesn't it just blanks the screen and stop the backup software!
when using the power button you get the error stated in the above posts as not all require drivers etc are running.. a simple reboot and all is fine.
the times the phone pwersdown properly all is ok

Divide by Zero is undefined, not infinity, otherwise it would be really easy to get computers to deal with divide by zero, my life would be a million times easier if someone would just sit down and say "Right, divide by zero equals ..."
as for the problem, I don't know sorry, but it would deffinately be worth trying to get your firmware upgraded
