i recently bought the MS Duo 128MB. Since i installed in in my P800, a new problem came up. Everytime i install any new software, all my applications are removed from my pre-defined and custom folders and put in the unfiled folder! All of them, EVERY time...This is very frustrating...Oh also, whenever i install something, the P800 gives me the restart triangle warning. This never happened with my previous 16 MB Duo.
Anyone can help???
I can resist everything except temptation(P800)..

Did you format the disk before using it?

I got my 128MB DUO yesterday and havent had any problems you mention (fingers crossed). I had that problem about a month ago and all my apps unfiled themselves and went to alphabetical order! no problems since tho ~Eva

I believe this is a known bug and has nothing to do with the 128 Mb Duo. It does however seem to occur more frequently when you have many applications installed - hence more frequently when people have 128Mb Duos

A few things you can do (don't try re-organising them first or these ideas will fail):
1) Reboot
2) Go to the uninstall screen - if this doesn't work uninstall an app you don't really need
3) take out the MS duo and then put it back in again
4) install SMan 1.1 when it is out - apparently it will have a "fix applist" feature

Regards,
