i'm having a little trouble connecting to my phone w/ a serial wire that i just bought.
i've installed everything, and it detects my phone...but when i go to connect, it says
"the device is not recognized, use your configuration wizard to detect your device"
i have....a bunch of times, and it is detected.
any suggestions?

is ur cable genuine ?
also sometimes operating systems give trouble, so u might just want to try it on some other PC.
