A friend of mine who works with mobile phones tells me they got the new software where he works! I asked him ten times if it was the MMS software and he insisted on it every yime so I believe him.. still I am not 100% sure until I`ve been there for the upgrade tomorrow, but I will let you now the second I get home! It sounds weird that they got in sandvika in Norway and its not available anywhere else in the world..

I think the new SW will be available over the EMMA II server globaly at the same time...I have a felling they would like to make it available for ugrading t68m before CEBIT (starts 2 days from now) to let people (who owns a T68m) try the MMS at CEBIT (or maybe this is just what I hope)...SPs here in Stockholm all agree this week (some say beginning of this week..one day left?)...My conclusion is that we (who would like the picture phone book and all the other cool stuff) are up for another exciting day tomorrow... |

CeBIT will start tomorrow (12th March), so that is maybe a good date for  to release the SW on EMMA II? I really hope they will do that
Let us go to our SP tomorrow and ask them to check the EMMA server! OK, guys? |

Yes, tomorrow is an important date, i will check my SP... why not, it ain't getting annoying or something? I became friends with the guy at the servicepoint. i saw him so much because of this issue... (trying to get something positive out of this SE mess)

I happen to have a friend here in my hometown at Greece who has the local Ericsson service point. This afternoon we checked once more for the new upgrade. Although we haven't found any new upgrade for the T68m there was a couple of new strange upgrades without the "m" just plain T68 for USA and Scadinavian countries. So I think it is possible that there might be an mms upgrade soon. It looks like they are uploading new stuff to their EMMA server for the T68.
So lets hope I ll find the new upgrade there tomorrow morning! |
