whatever SE do , ppl come here and complain about
what SE do...
unlike other fourms , i find ppl happy with what SE is givving and how great mobile thet r producing.
i've just read about what a guy wrote about his t610, from dubai
in www.mobile4arab.com , he was crzy about it , and said it will be the king for the next period, while here we just see ppl complaining.
i never saw ppl complain about there nokia , samsung, or anyother brand while they have less option then SE mobiles..
you just show the bad side of any phone SE make , which r very little and forget the many and many great things the mobile has,
like the case of 2 mb memory of t610 , many ppl talked about it like
its the worst as a mobile can have , and forgot the good things it has..
and thats go also for other great mobiles like Z1010, which i believe ita a super phone..
stop that guys , we should push SE if u really like it. dont forget that SE is making the most advanced mobile of all , and i dont think there r anyother company offers that much technologies for that price.
not nokia , not samsung which there mobile is very expensive whith very little option.
nothing in this life is perfect, but we have to support what we love so they gets better.
so , can ppl plz look at the other side , and give more appreciation
for SE, cuz they deserve it..
they need to hear some good words of u...

i dont know, i think the good and the bad points are put accross here as they should be TBH.. never occured to me that it was all bad.. a lot of people cant praise their phones enough here and a lot of people are having problems and therefore seeking advice. Also most of the users here spend 99% of their time advocating how much better their SE phone is to any other manufactuer so TBH i dont think that Esato is just full of people moaning about how bad SE is at all (although there are a few but what can u expect with a forum of such size)
anyway i cant complain at all about my P800 so well done SE

I myself said that 2Mb with the current allacation system is not that good, but only to give my opinion and not to say that the t610 is a bad phone, on the contrary I belive its great and it will definitly be my next mobile. I just pointed it out because no phone is perfect and I want to do well and learn from thier mistakes, just as they learnt not to delay thier phones over and over again. You cannot move foward if evoryone around you is telling that you are perfect, great etc. That is why, in my opinion, Nokia is crap because they think they have everything right and everybody says that they are the best.

but what i meanet, have u seen how many threads
complaing??? and how many persons
make the little things big deals..
thats what i hate..
fore sure i want to see SE to get improve
but i think we all know how to point the weakness
and how to complain ...

i dont think theres to much complaining on here most people are blindly in love with se what ever they do.
se could sell a piece of dog crap (literally) and some people on here would say it was a better phone than nokia has ever released.
a bit of constuctive critism helps i believe it may help the people at se see they have support and we the consumers would like to see certain things happen with the next lot of phones or software.
if people did nt say anything nothing would get done. |

Negative comment is sometimes a good motivation for a company to improve, or say, a good way for their marketing research. But of course, people should not always just say the bad things about a product but never say the objective user comment, or else he would just become a die hard "Anti-SE" bullshit.
Someone argue with me and said I was saying stupid things about memory allocation issue. Someone even ask me stop complaining. I'm really upset to hear them. Giving good points for a phone is big job of the manufacturer, but not us. Users should give their comment to others for reference, but not just praise the phone and its specification. Of course, there are both positive and negative comment. Someone see there are some posts about negative comment and say "stop!!! don't just say some negative comment to T610!!!" or something like that with the reason "don't just give negative point but also positive point".
I can say that, most people giving negative comment have also posted some positive comment. At least I have. I have posted ten points in a little review and the memory problem is just one point of them (although it is the longest as I have to explain it).
It is a forum but not just for praising a product or blame a product. We should give a balance, objective user comment and news to others.
It's very sad enough in some Hong Kong forums as people there just say bad things about SE. For instance, once a user asks whether T68i is good, some people will just say "if you want to waste money to take bus to the service centre, then go to buy it" or "SE phones have many many bugs!!!", "T68i has no SIM phonebook editing, what a rubbish phone!", "Don't buy SE phones otherwise you'll regret", "People always have learnt a lesson after buying one SE phone, hahaha". Once SE sales say some minor wrong things, they will even say "SE phones have many bugs, and their employee also have many bugs as well! Hahaha".... They treat SE's issue as a joke, and repeat them everyday once they see something saying about SE phones. They may even think that they are winner as they scare away so many people supporting SE.  But actually, as I know, many people do not want to post things anymore just because their words are so annoying and meaningless.
But here, the situation is totally different. I really like this forum as it has so many objective user comment and has so many news about SE products. However, I find that someone still not like me mentioning bad things about SE and just say "it is enough!", "stop compaining!", "SE is perfect!", "Nokia sucks and SE rocks!" (without reaonable reasons). Hey, why not just give me an opportunity to say the things I want SE to improve? I'm not someone who just say "don't buy SE phones otherwise you'll regret", etc, with just some OLD reasons. Good things I will praise for them, but bad things we have to comment also. If we all just praise the good things, SE may never consider their bad things and haven't idea to improve.
Why Nokia is so successful? One main reason is that they find and make what we like to have. They really listen to customers! For example, people complain no auto keylock and call summary, and they add it in their new phones. Developers ask things and Nokia will reply very quickly. But SE, I think they do not really like to listen customers' ideas. Some developers in SE developer forum even blame SE giving the poorest support for them.
Hey, too long for my "stupid" message. I hope all people here will have no hard feeling and forgive me saying the above "stupid" points. Let's enjoy using what we like to use and accept others' opinion as the world is so big and different people have different value judgement.
I'm making some themes for T610 and will post to my website shortly, hope you all enjoy and accept them as a compensation for what I did and say wrongly.

Scientists have just discovered that complaining makes everything right again. They have also just discovered that every single mobile phone is 100% perfect, suiting evrey1's needs and never being dissapointing!
Sheesh man, whoever posted this topic is sooooo innit. thanx, because sony ericsson try their best. and they sell phones for a low price with loadsa features. nokia just overprice, and samsung are just for fashion. is practical, fun and stylish. just be grateful u chose the right brand!
