help with syncing p800 |

can any one tell me how to sync my p800 correctly as vodafone are useless, it wont seem to sync everything only adresses, and i cant seem to find a setup menu for it, all the other features are greyed out, so you cant tick them, ie. calender mail notepad, and it only seems to sync with outlook express not out look........
also any free games available for it and good download sites.....

Don't know what the solution to this problem is but you might find more people who do, if you post this in the right category!
