Hi all, my T68 shuts down, not completly, but to a stand-by mode where it asks for the PIN-code again...? It can happen without me even touching it. Very annoying if you are expecting a call and you arenīt even connected! Anyone had the same problem...?
Have upgraded... [addsig]

To make things clearer...It shuts down by itself. The power is still on but the connection to the operator dies and the phone is asking for the PIN = you canīt use the phone until the PIN-code is entered again. It happens every now and then... [addsig]

I had this problem with a T39.

Changing the SIM card almost fixed this problem.

I have that problem too.
Can I go to shop I bought it and they change the phone for new one?
Because I don't want to wait few weeks they could repair the phone.

Yeh they should replace it as long as they have another one in stock.I had to wait 2 days for mine as they never had one.Even if you have to wait, let them give you a replacement handset until you get the new one.Its worth it,sort it out now or you will not be happy untill you do.
Cheers

I called to Ericsson and they said that phone can be fixed but they won't give me a new one?
What should I do?
My T68 shuts down very often.
How is that if I change the SIM card?

The shop you bought it from should replace it.Its up to them to give you a replacement and to send the faulty one back, see how you get on.Try not to delay too much as sometimes makes the matter worst.Go for it you wont regret it.
