hi,
i've just gotten a new memory card. i just popped it in to my p800 and started to install stuff on it. now when i browse via the se software the memory stick appears but when i click on it it disappears.
can i keep things like audio and all my ringtones on the duo ? will formatting create a similar folder structure to the one on the internal memory ?

Yep it basically works like the internal meory. For data, Just move the files to the stick (i.e. ring tones, pictures etc.) For programs, just install them on the stick. 2 issues:
1) You will have to reinstall the the programs into the duo if they were installed in the internal memory previouly
2) Strangely for ring tones you will have to deselect the ring tone from the ring tone menu, select a new tone, and reselect the desired tone again. otherwise the phone can't find the moved tone. For pictures that are linked to a contact, the phone will find the photo in the duo |

Pictures linked to a contact are stored as a thumb in the contact.cbm
and not external if u delete the pic from the duo or internal mem the contact will still have the pic in it |
