Hi folks,I am a newbie.I was in a certified sony ericcson repair shop recently and I saw the technician key in certain * and # keys and enable him to see the real model no & phone serial of my t68mc.I saw another guy keyed in a few numbers to conifgure the image settings .Anyone know these keys and enlightened us newbies. |

< and > are representations of keypad movements, ie < means move your joystick to the left.

I am sorry,I still don't get it.When I move the joystick left or right,i just move around in the menu! |

You are supposed to move around in the menu. When you hit the last key, the menu will pop up automaticaly.

when keylock is off and you see the background picture... press the following sequence
joystick right * joystick left joystick left * joystick left *

By the way,from the newly acquired tip,my firmware on my T68 indicates that it is Ver R7A005.Is that the latest?or should I go and update it?Thanks |

R7A005 was a test version that was never offically released... latest offical release is R7A013, which is much the same as R7A005... so if you don't have any problem there is no need to upgrade it. |

One of my friends got a t68i and I did that code on their phone - the stunned and confused face they pulled was classic.
I wonder why it was pulled from later f/w...
