If keypad is locked when you press numbers 1 or 9 it displays an window with number on it. On other keys it doesn`t work. Anyone any hint what is it???

This is because it's a tri-band phone.

The one is for the alarm nr. in europe 1-12 and when you type a 9 it's 9-11.

After 1 you can only type 1 and then 2 for 9 it's 1 and then another 1. If you type another key it's gone.

They are emergency services numbers e.g. Police, Amublance etc. In the UK 112, 911 and 999 will work when the Keypad lock is active.
