Ok here is my simple question. I will be in London for few weeks and i would like to use some of the UK prepaid/pay as you go services, i am thinking Orange or O2. But whenever i try to buy one it keeps asking me for UK house phone, which i dont have. Should i get one on ebay?
What is procedure about opening a payg in UK?
Which is the best service for short time, few calls to US and rest of Europe, and some SMS's and WAP (if possible on payg)?

Orange still have the lowest international call charges but if you'll text a lot and use WAP you should consider O2 Just check their web sites and compare the pay as you go tariffs

As far as i know they sell top up vouchers in some countries in europe so there might be a chance they sell sim cards as well but i'm not sure. You could always buy one when you arrive they sell them everywhere
