POP mail can't be set up!!! (Singapore) |

Sorry to bother you guys about this topic again.
I've read all other posts about setting up the POP mail client for the phone and tried all of them. But still I can't get it to work.
Still says can't find server. I even tried to use the yahoo mail method listed to see if it'll work but still can't.
Anyone has any help besides those already stated on the forum I would appreciate it alot cause I really want to get it to work.
BTW, I'm in Singapore so anyone locally with the same problem before who can help me would be great. I'm under Singtel. |

I had a problem with my old R520. It didn't work untill I set the phone to check mail by itself. After that I set it back. Micke

I'm experiencing the same problem. Anyone there who can help us out? Like, when setting it up, am I supposed to connect using a GPRS connection or what? |

Hi Peaceboy,
i guess u should use the IP add thing, it works for me, just that i can send mail. but no prob receiving. I using Starhub GPRS. Good Luck.

Huh I've to bother you all again because I also still have problems with my emailclient. I followed all the instructions for the Yahoo setup. But the T68 cannot find the server. I think it's the variable "mailbox". Does anybody know what I have to do?

I went down to Singtel and they fixed the problem. However, I have the same problem of being able to receive but I can't send. I still don't know why. Anyone knows why? |
