Hi all, first post, so I thought I would post something usefull (not that im saying my other posts wont be )

The P800 plays Mpeg4 SVP encoded files, so most of our favourite mpeg4 files wont play on our fav mobile device.
Below is a Mpeg4 SVP Encoder, to turn your fav video files into viewable video on the P800.

Enjoy!

This software is common knowledge already. Just doa search for it and you'll find loads of threads.

Thanks for trying to help, but threads like this just clog up the forum.

IntruderAD,

Thanks and I found the post very useful. Too many people on here are anal about searching the archives to not 'clog up the forum'. I semi agree with Andy but 99% of what's discussed on here is bound to have been discussed on here or somewhere else.

I'm a relatively new P800 user and I found your post useful. Don't be shy to post again. There will always be some that know it and some that don't! The first line of my signature sums it up nicely.....

teamedition..admittedly posts like mine do sound unfriendly, and I do realise that people out there just wanna help, but most peoples question can be answered by just doing a simple read of the first couple of pages of the forum.

The information mentioned by the original poster is already common knowledge, and those people who are not aware of it can quite simply find the information on the forum already.

What this forum really needs is an FAQ where threads such as this one can be put. That way, people can check the FAQ, and then post if they can't find what they are looking for.
