Only 2 miles from my house. Its a big building, took me a good 15 min trek around the esate to finally find it.Went into reception, told this bloke wot i wanted doing and he said no problem and started taking me details. This was about 11am this morning.Told me that they have to do a manufactures re-set so all info on the phone like sms, pictures and ringtoes would be lost, no problem i said.come back for 4pm and my phone would be ready. So far it seams like i will get my upgrade and the phone will speed up a little.

For anyone whos not got a service store near to them, i will be happy to get it done for you if you send the phone via royal mail special delivery.Include £16 with the phone to cover return costs via special delivery and profit i need to make.ill need just the phone and battery. Also make sure the phone is still under warrenty.Look under the battery on the phone and you should see somthing like this 02W22 If the number starts with 00 or 01 it may not be in warrenty. To check if its still under warrenty call A NOVA DIGICOM on 01925 403808, this is the service centre i will be taking your phone to.Remember, service for upgrading and repairs are free as long as the phone is under warrenty.Your phone will be upgraded to the latest software and all data stored on the phone like messages, pictures etc will be lost.I will take any sony erricson phone thats still under warrenty. If you send the phone on a monday, i will get it on the tuesday. The phone will then be sent back to you the same day depending on what sort of service you require.Contact me on 01925 492958 or 07792151744, email petexpress@ntlworld.com
