I upgraded my T68 from R1B to R2B last week, and one thing thats appear more and more often is that its turns it self off. For eg. 1 hour ago I put it back in my HCH-28 car holder and was about to make a call, when the display shows enter PIN:
I typed it in and the phone went off, then I turned it on entered my PIN and it works.
Really strange I must say, as before when running on R1B it never happend or may one or two times, but now it seems to happen more and more often!
Anyone with similar experinces??

Hello buddy! I have the same experience. Guess it's a software thing, and that it's taken care of in the mms-version... I have had TWO T68 with same trouble - both R2B! |

Am using R2B and it often happens with me especially when navigating through wap. The phone turns itself off twice and i noticed even a decrease in the battery capacity after that! Strange!

I just got back from the shop where i bought it, and the guy didnt know what to do. I asked him if i should leave it in for service ot wait for the new SW, and if he knew anything more of when it would released.
But it ended up with me saying that IŽll wait for the new SW. Cause if I send it in for service I would probably get it exchanged for another one with R2B, perhaps another HW but it feels the same for now.

The ericsson distributors are seriously annoyed with me already, i keep calling em about updates and problems.
btw, i got myself a new transparent cover for the t68, but it made the phone look so ugly i decided not to use it.

If was more clear with all info. they wouldnŽt have alot of people "harrasing" them over the phone and by mail.
But the info from is really bad.
And thats a bit funny cause they claims that they should be No. 1 in communication within 5 years, but if they dont can inform their customers, own personal such as SP and so on, I cant imagine how they will succeed?!

I've had it happen a few times with R1B. It normally happens when i press no when listening to MP3's to stop the music. Then it keeps going round in circles asking me to enter my pin again and again. i have to remove the mp3 device
