Hi there all,
I'm fairly new to the bluetooth stuff so could some please provide me with some info/instructions on how I can use my laptop to access the internet with a bluetooth connection on the T68i.
I have a Sony VAIO with a MSI USB Bluetooth Dongle and I want to make the laptop dial-up on the T68i with a bluetooth connection. What software will I need.
I've read most of the stickys but I haven't had much luck. The best I've been able to do is to make the PC act as a bluetooth headset for voice calls, but even that doesn't work all the time.
Please help me out! Thanks in advance!

download the latest software/driver of msi bt key, from there you could set it up to be used as a modem.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried that as well as the TDK and a few others but it seems that it won't connect to the Bluetooth to dial out. |

There's really no need to download the latest software, those that came with the CD works just as well for your need: make your laptop dial-out.
after you have paired the phone, let your computer "discover" the services available from the T68. After this process, you will find the dial-up service that you've been looking for. |

I'm having problems getting this combination to work. I have a MSI Bluetooth Dongle, a Sony Vaio FX-701 Laptop and a Sony Ericsson T68i phone, but I cannot make it dial-up. I can connect it using Bluetooth and Synchronize Outlook with it, but I can't make it dial-up. When I run the Dial-Up networking wizard from Sony Ericsson and try to connect after running through that, nothing happens on the phone. It just doesn't do anything. |
