Yes I know; I can create a new task with some text and an alarm time set, BUT couldn't there be a special wake up call function, easier to setup and why not; be able to shut off the phone and still get the call.
It's easy I suppose, I had it in all my "cheap" Nokias.................

man  there's an easier way for doing that
simply click on the reddish clock (down right) on the screen , then click View and woila! set your wakeup alarm |

Yea, someone else who should have read the manual.
Also to get the alarm with the GSM phone switched off, just set it to "flight mode". |

Ok guys, I should have been longer in reading the manual..............., But Yes; I meant the phone shut OFF. You see; I did read the flight mode part....

turn ur computer off and see if u get alerts for incoming emails

well my t39m can have alarms that work when the phone is off so it isnt really much to ask for... |
