Email format is often unreadable |

I use my P800 to collect mail from my Exchange server and have noticed that a good portion of my mail has formating codes embedded in them making them pretty much unreadable, or a massive bold subject line in the first few lines of the message body.
An example of this is:
MR 28Apr03 13h40
Difficult to read?!
Anyone else see these formatting codes and find email difficult to use?
How can I get email messages to be simply plain text?

tell the people that send you emails to send them as plain text...
no seriously, there is usually a conversion util built in to atleast most linux/unix pop3/imap daemons.. but then u would have to setup your own mailserver and fetch the mail from it.. |

Problem is I use it to pick up corporate email via an exchange server, so no chance of changing the server or running my own mail server.
