I've been a away for a few weeks on holiday and am wondering when I can bet a Bluespoon Digital?

What's the latest with the release date? In March Nextlink told me there was no "beta testing" and that the release date was beginning of April i.e. shortly after CEBIT. Now I learm from reading this forum that there is beta testing and that there may be a delay with release?

Can anyone bring me up to date?

To those already using the bluespoon...Does your white spring turn yellow after using it for sometime? How do you clean it?

Hi Bengalboy,

Any confirmation on your beta unit yet? Understand Lars will be sending you the first beta set this week? Hope to hear your reviews on the beta unit after you have tried it!

Cheers

Thats good to hear!

Man, the number of people who have asked me if I heard about Bluespoon Digital is amazing. I predict it is going to be a best seller even though it cost US$350. Of course I get alot of comments that you must be crazy to be paying more for a headset then a phone!

I will have a Digital to test this week. The SoundId company is having capital problems and is late to market if at all.

Anyone know when Bluespon Digital is being shipped to customers? I've placed an order, but Nextlink's distributor, Pilcon, say somewhat vaguely 12-17th May.

Anyone know more definite information?

MR.BEEP > That would be the estimated launch-time

Bengalboy's will be shipped this upcoming monday

The word "delay" seems to be a buzzword in the mobile world,..and we're a bit of schedule as well,..but its actually ready,..the stuff we need is on its way as well by now,..and things are running smoothly.
These "launch-dates" are always very hard to predict, as all the stuff have to come together at a certain time.

We've used the time to make some final adjustments,..and by now the headset is working very good.
Got some new features and the "package" looks competitive

"estimated", "delayed" etc it's all the same. It's misleading to the customers who are eagerly awaiting this product. I've made my order, given my credit card details etc AND I still don't know if I'm going to be getting my order next week. Someone at Nextlink and/or Pilcon should have the courtesy to give me a precise date on which I will receive the oder I have placed.

Being kept up to date with accurate and realistic delivery dates would be good manners and good customer service.

However, all that said, I'm looking forward to receiving what I'm sure will be an excellent product.
