Hi,

Is there a way for me to transfer all the funny pictures that I have drawn with the P800 (jotter function) into my computer through the sync station? I do not have an IR port at my computer and I can't get the e-mail function to work at the phone, so I would prefer to take them through the sync station. Is it possible?

Thanks!

You need to have qfileman on your p800.

Go to c:\documents\JOTTER --> click on the icon to the left of the file --> OK --> copy or move --> pick a folder and disk --> open filetransfer on your pc and import the file you just moved on your p800.

Okey, thanks, it worked fine. I guess I can't get them all as for example .gif or .jpg? That would be great, although I can use a screenshot program, but that will take quite some time to accomplish

Easiest way is to buy a BT dongle to your pc, that works a treat. Or then you could try to make your mail work, what carrier do you have? Comviq?

Yes, I've got Comviq. How much is that BT-thing and where can I buy it? I don't think it's worth spending a lot of money at something that I only will use for transferring crappy pictures

It's some 400SEK at www.komplett.se (msi 6967).
Can you receive mail on it, but not send? Try using Comviq's smtp
130.244.199.223 that works fine.

Thanks, I'll think about it. It wasn't that expensive though

I never get the e-mail thing to work. I've got a @telia.com address and Comviq Kontantkort (something like Pay&Talk, for our foreign members). Can you give examples of POP3 e-mail accounts that I can use with this Comviq card? This is driving me mad :-/

I see, there's your prob with the mail. Comviq kontant is limited to wap alone, and you need web access to use the mail.
