My Tungsten T works flawlessly with my r7a t68i. Do the devices even discover each other? Do you have the latest phone updates on your pda? Could also be a bad transceiver on one or both of the devices. Maybe a simple hard reset on both devices will be all that's needed.

Soft reset is simply turning it on and off waiting a little in between. Hard reset is turning it off and removing battery for at least 3 mins. If that doesn't work do a master reset but make sure you back-up your data

A link that might be useful is

http://discussion.brighthand.com/palmhandhelds/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=151

and also

http://www.pdastreet.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=98

A search on both forum's should reveal a lot about Blueetooth, T68's and the T-T.
