ROXY Joined: Mar 20, 2003 Posts: 8 PM	Posted: 2003-04-26 12:14 Notebook (presario 1400) won't detect/reconize the sync station.I'm running on win ME. I tried clicking the 'Add New Hardware' ... it says (question mark) ? USB device. The device status message says 'The drivers for this device are not installed (Code 28). To reinstall the drivers for this device. click reinstall�. I reinstall it again but still no hope. I also did disable my mcafee virus scan. I did everything and still get the same result. I even tried downloading the new PC Suite 1.4.2 Version �. It�s still not working �. Is there something I should do? Help!

However i did have problems getting the computer to recognise the base station thing. I installed the driver with the base thing plugged in, then went to add new hardware with the phone plugged in. Until i did that my computer didn't 'see' it. have you tried calling SE customer support? - 08705237237 Daniel
