A few days ago I was tryin to upload some pictures to my camera from my PC using my parallel cable. The PC could not recognize the phone. I first thought the problem was the software I was using. I call SE tech(WORST CS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH) and I couldnt get the problem solved. Today I was going to take a picture with my CommuniCam and the phone is not recognizing the camera. I call SE again to let them know of my findings and they keep asking me questions about my PC and Camera. They cannot seem to find the common link in my problem. The phone.
Right now I am waiting on a SE rep to call me back because the person i was talking with originally was to incompetent to realize that I need my phone fixed.
Has anyone else had this problem and are there any fixes to it? |
