Suddenly I cannot enter the config of my email accounts anymore.

Error:

Program closed.
Program qctrlpnl.
Cause: USER
Number of cause: 11
continue.................. = go back to main menu (or Handy Day)

BTW: Can this have to do with Handy Day. Because that is one of the last installs i have done.

I now have found a similar error on another point:

Programs/Messages/accounts

I have an account called PC E............ (don't know really what?)
when i click it------------>

Program Closed error:
Program: QMapp
Code of Cause: USER
Number of cause: 11

Could this come from same origen?

Could theses errors have something to do with the fact that have also recently installed OPera 6??

Completing a bit more the info of the previous post, with
small digits I can now see the the account that gives problems is
something like: PC EISY........

Anyone knows what that is from?

I have uninstalled ALL additional software! Only left Chess and Solitaire that came installed.
Still Same problems as explained before ??????

Help please!

Should a do a Master Reset?

UPDATE:
Just got contact finally with SE call center...............

Quote: " You must do a master reset, and later reinstall a good backup. Some provider gave you a config with some bad information that has caused the problem.....? If that doesn't resolve, then bring the phone back for repair"

Well ; just when I had almost finished configuration and install of everything....................... grrrr
Back to zero.
