hey, i just sent all of the text messages to buy tony hawkes for my phone, but since then (ten minutes ago) nothings happened! has anyone else had this happen to them, if so, what did you do? |

Yes, I've just had this happen.
For God's sake, don't send any more.
Get onto SonyEricsson in the morning and ask them to send it out to you again. I've just been through the whole process and they may want to pass you through to Data Services - do not let them do this. Data Services told me it was customer service that deals with this.
Make sure you stay with them and get them to call you back to let you know. It'll come eventually.

well ive got the game now, but unfortunatley i sent off another set of text messages to get the game as nothing had been charged to me. however, about 6 hours after the first text i sent (not a reasonable ammount of time as said on the website) i got about 8 texts all with different codes on for tony hawks games, and it took £10 off my credit, so i got the games that i paid for, just that i paid twice and got about 8 copies! al of which have now been given to anyone who wanted them! |
