what's the differences between 1.2 Basic and 1.3 Basic? The site only mentions the extra features you get for buyin PRO

I downloaded the basic and it said that it was version 1.2????
Anyone got 1.3 or is it on another part of their site? Or did they not update the ID in the installer. Also, it would not install from the PC - I had to drag the SIS file to the phone and install from there... |

its 1.3
dunno whats changed.
i got a norty version of 1.3 pro.
that does auto reconnect which is quite nice.

pro autoconnects? can u get that feature without paying for the 4 bucks a month thing? i don't need backup. I just want all the normal features.
ok. so all I have noticed that is different with version 1.3 is as follows:
I get an error when I try to connect via cradle.
I can't edit contacts anymore, I can only remove them.
I get a popup telling me that my message is sending.
The regester transport screen is a little different.
Still no vibrate function-I really hope this is implamented because I don't want to hear a sound everytime someone IMs me and I leave my fone on vibrate a lot.
So I would call this a bad upgrade, although, I don't think the old version works anymore .

tipic always tells me my gprs connection is wrong, i used it for about 4 days fine then it died, i can use the built in browser and opera to view full web pages. |
