Hi, I have a Sony Ericsson T68i and a Bluetooth USB connector. I can stablish a connection between my PC and my cellular phone. But when I try to activate the monitor to find my phone, it doesn't work.
Aparently, it seems to connect and disconnect continously, but it never connect definitively.

I have windows 2000 installed, and I have tried to install the Sony CD-Rom software, adn the diferent packages what i found in this website.

However, I have another PC with windows XP, and it works fine in it. What is the problem with win2k???
Can anyone helps me??

Thanks for advanced.

------------------------------------------------
(after two hours)

In addition, i can say than I'm connecting to mi mobile phone throught COM3 port (first bluetooth port), like at home with windowsXP. I can connect without usign the Monitor, but when I use it for to use another software (sinchronization, sms....) it can't connect.

Any idea??

Tx.

Something more....
I am looking the connection properties. When the connection is stablished, sends about 20-30 bytes and then the connection is broken. The data tranfer is in both directions (PC->mobile; mobile->PC).

The monitor tray icon appears, but without the connected tick (the green V).

I dont know what can I do... Plz, helps me...

Tx.

Which service pack are you running on Windows 2000?
Also, are you sure that monitor is setup correctly to recognise your port?

Regards,

Phil.

Well, in my monitor configuration panel appears the two mainboard COM ports and the ten bluetooth serial ports (COM3 to COM13).

I have activated the COM3, where is my mobile phone. But it connect and disconnect continuosly.. while the monitor is working.

------------
I have Service Pack 2 installed

start>settings>control panel>phone monitor options.

click on the com ports tab. from there enable the correct BT port for your system
