Is anyone else on vodafone as tired as I am of them asking

'How are you?'

Every time I turn my phone on there it is, annoying the hell out of me. as this 'online services' message that i have to cancel.

I got the same thing on my T68i and my friend gets it on his Nokia 8310. It is truely annoying any one else back me up on this?

Or does anyone know how to stop it?

Before anyone suggests that I keep my phone on all the time I generally do, since the alarm doesn't go off if the phones off. I equally like to take it apart to give it a good clean or even just to give the screen a quick wipe so therefore need to turn it off and on to do this.

I'm quite happy to have the start up movie, that I can at least impress people with that and it feels like the phones starting up and doing something rather than getting in the way.

More broadly do any other networks have these stupid gimmicks to remind you who's draining your bank account every month?

Yeah, that "Welcome To Orange" message p***es me off as well, especially as my last bill with them was £250. I should think I'm bloody welcome as well!

Alrams don't go off on the P800 if the phones off. Although I'm not worried about that since I have an alarm clock for that.

It's the fact that once I power up the phone this annoying 'service' gets in the way of me doing anything until I cancel it. It pissed me off when it popped up on my t68i it pisses me off even more om my P800 and like I said it's the same with the Nokia 8310. I mean common, I know what FCUK-ing network I'm on, I have a nice bill every month to remind me of that.
