Hi, got a t300, want to upgrade the firmware, how and where do I find my nearest sony ericsson service centre? Do I just pop in and ask em to upgrade my phone? also is there any charge? I live in Norwich in Norfolk, England

 will be able to tell you where your nearest centre is.
Your upgrade will be free provided your phone is less than 12 months old (take proof) and they should be able to do it on the spot - mine did, but phone to make sure (yours might be busier than mine).

I couldn't find it there - on their website they only mention Swedish servicepoints, afaik.
Ring 08705 237237 tomorrow and ask.
