Hm, I'm not sure of this either, but I can find out.

Using the 'search' function on the left, I can search through all the previous Esato posts and try and find out.

***
Checking my software version...
I type in "software version" and then click "view posts" at the bottom.

Doing that shows me a post where someone else asked this and I can see the answer is to type > * < < * < * .

Finding the latest firmware for my phone...
I type in "t300 firmware" and then click "view posts" at the bottom.

Looking through the results, I can see that NetGuy2 has made a post on April 1st saying that R1G001 is the latest firmware. As he posted that at the start of April, it's not likely to have changed.

Hope this helps - I don't mean to sound off but the search function is a really useful one

Thanks, Jalu, for your excellent real time commentary. Makes me wish we could search from our phones. Meanwhile it still appears no meaningful update has been released yet.

I've got a T300 with a firmware version R1G001. I was wondering what functionality/bugfixes have new firmware addressed? To my knowledge the current firmware version is R1G008, right? (even though I took my phone in the other day to see if it needed a revision and was told I had the current firmware version.) Also, I've read on this and other forums that it's possible to update a T300 with a T310's firmware. How safe is this? What functionalities can be gained? Any features lost?
