I rang Sony Ericsson to add a suggestion to their database about all the predefined stuff on T300.
I told them that they should check out Esato for suggestions and I was told that there are always 2 people in these forums.
Just thought I would tell ya that. However, I don't know if they post or if they just watch.

Well... form my experiance with the following phones:
T300
T68
T68i
R600
A3618
A2618
T28
T20
T10
A1018s
I had no problems.... I did have trouble with T65... but that was all. So I don't really think you can tell Sony Ericsson to make a phone with no bugs since 99% of their phones are bug free |

the followings are my comment about my  phones
(for both bugs and phone quality):
T300 - My T300 had the problem of memory allocation
Low earphone volume
T68i - Bugs in calculator in old firmware,
the Chinese version has some bugs in calendar,
and many more... One year for to fix most of them
T68 - The quality of microphone sucks.............
Too sensitive, making too much background noises
T66 (T600) - The auto sleep problem for many users in Hong Kong
T39 - Some batches in Hong Kong have the problem of "No Network"
T28 - Low earphone volume
By the way, I don't know whether they are the problems just exist in Hong Kong. There are really many many people in Hong Kong hate as the quality of phones here are poor. And also the poor customer services here.
I like using phones, but I also want others like using it too, right? So I post the problems I found and hope can cope with them. Please forgive me if my comments hurt you all.
Let me know what's the situation in your country.

U r right.those probs exist to all se phones not just in hong kong.i am still not satisfied with the speed of the se software,the 1 geting close 2normal being the p800.and thats not normal as EVERY1 ELSE has it as its gotta b.haha t68 with no bugs?u just got urs i can tell..anyway u sumarised the probs corectly.
