I took my phone to MOKO in Hayes for an upgrade. They cocked it up, couldn't do it now my bluetooth crashes the phone and the battery lasts around 5 hours with no use whatsoever.

I am sending it to Telestica under the SE warranty for the upgrade to be done properly. Has anyone used them and how long did it take to get the phone back. Can't face being without my p800 for 10 working days!!!

He has the name wrong; its Celestica.

I work for the Link, and when our repair centre (Mastercare) cant fix a SonyEricsson phone, it gets forwarded to Celestica as the external repairers for these phones.

All the phones we have received back from Celestica have been working A-Okay, and in some cases, they even clean them up a little bit. Cant fault them.

I have used them twice before, they are also the Fujitsu Siemens repair centre for laptops & palmtops in the UK, and they had a very fast turn around on both occasions. I sent them on the Monday, and recieved them back on the Thursday.
