Where do I find, for one, firmware updates that you guys are talking about? I'm having a hard time finding anything for this phone, so if you could give me a few web addresses to go and download some things, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks. (By the way, this is for the Ericsson T300)

Unfortunately, firmware updates are only available from  servicepoints (unless you have lots of kit and a high end PC, afaik). The best way to find one is phone (08705 237237).
Other than that, tell us what you're looking to get and we'll try to help
