Have you read the new esato rules? there is a link for them when you click on login.
Why is it wrong to tell people where to get MP4s ?

The new rules seem fair enough as it governs conduct and behaviour in the forum, which has been largely gungho up to this point. About the mp4's in my opinion they need to write that in to keep away from the legalities that plague kazaa and other sites regarding exchange of any copyrighted material.

Two days after a member announced a CD-ROM full of MP4's for sale, we received an email from copyright.org demanding us to shut down the site. I just want to avoid this in the future.

Damn, copyright.org is quick! Don't they have better sites to harass? They overreacted a bit, and behaved like they were just waiting for pretext. I can find hundreds of sites, which main purpouse is spreading copyrighted content, while Esato is forum mostly and with 16000 members posts like this can happend from time to time. Now at least we know what topics to avoid.

Remember, the rules are in place for one good reason, which is to ensure the continuation of Esato. I'm also hooked on this place
