pairing problem |

I've got a MSI trancieving key and a t68i. When i search with my phone it finds my computer. After my phone has found my computer i tried to pair. I entered the passkey in my phone and the pairing fails immediatly. After the pairing fails a screen popup which is asking for the paskey. I tried many things but i don't get it. I hope somebody can help me because i searched a lot and my english isn't so good that i can figure it out on my own.

I've installed my MSI bluetooth software 1.3.0 wich i've downloaded from the MSI website. Then i've put my phone (t68i) in discoverble mode and in my Bluetooth places I select vieuw devices in range. The software found my phone. After that I clicked with the rightmouse button my phone icon and selected pair device. A screen poped up with a field for the passkey where i filled 0000 in. A moment later my phone asks for the passkey wher i filled again 0000 in. But i always get a message that the pairing failed and i was never able to find any services. I hope that you can help my with this information. |

not sure never seen that before.....maybe you didnt install the dongle properly or the manager.....i think you can try uninstall the thing totally go to the link below

and then download the driver you want from the first link.
extract files from the acb thing into some folder and open the setup or install file from the folder....restart when it asks u to....plug the thing in when you are in windows after restarting and choose the driver you downloaded ...it might ask u to locate another file as well just use the one in program files/anycom/
that should install the dongle properly ...and the prob should be solved...just ask if there is still a prob...
PS: windows might choose the driver auto ly and you will have to make it use the one you have downloaded or it wont work... |

Thanx for the info but it still not works. It's still the same problem when I try to pair the screen with the passkey popups after my phone says pairing fails. And when I set my phone in discoverble mode my pc(with win XP) finds the t68i. But when I want to pair I filled 0000 in and a few second later my phone asks for the paskey where I filled again 0000 in and the pairing always fails. I hope somebody has another idea because it makes me insane. |
