can some1 post optimized settings? does frame rate matter? and wots interoperability? wot setting should this b on? thanks |

The settings that I use;
Total Bitrate 200Kbit/sec
Audio Bitrate 48 KBit/sec
Down Sampling- depends on resolution of file.. I normally select x2
Sample Rate 22050 Hz
Keyframe Period 75 frames
U can get more detailed settings from searcing on esato.  |

If you use the encoder from Packet Video, they have customized settings for the P800 as well as a seperate download. Just copy them to the directory you install the program in and viola! |

pvauthor has very bad sound...so mpegable is better in that way. also can the p800 use 96k/bits/s audio in stereo 44.1khz? im just asking cos i havent got my p800 yet and i want to enocde my vids 1st...thanks

@homer, i found that when using mpegable, the higher the audio, the less crisp the picture. how bout u?
