They sell them for about $180 here in Sweden, with a Vodafone subscription service, for email, SMS and fax.

But even from blue unplugged it says preorder...
Most other online shops such as expansys also have it on preorder and too be announced.
If SE cancels this product it will be such a stupid move, because Nokia just recently launched their own adaptation of the chatpen. |

nokia just bought the license or product from ANOTO just like SE did.
In fact Ericsson is one of the major shareholder of ANOTO (They might have sold all the stock now...not sure).
Back to the topic, I believe it will be available in country that have operator supporting this service.
Last heard Fedex might use this CHATPEN for its courier service. But Don't know they will use the one from SE or Nokia. Hopefully this make it a common service in future. |
